George Morgan founded his design practice in 2022 after working for renowned designers India Mahdavi, Rose Uniacke and Veere Grenney.
Morgan’s design approach is steeped in historical referencing, which he developed while studying art history at The Courtauld Institute. He is strongly influenced by French Art Deco – in particular Jean-Michel Frank’s furniture – as well as the Wiener Werkstätte movement. This is seen in his use of proportion, light and volume.
Based in central London, Morgan works on residential and commercial projects, as well as set design, across the globe. He also makes bespoke furniture, which is available by appointment.
